Our Approach
Tricordant’s passion is equipping organisations to be whole and healthy. We think of organisations as living systems that will be thriving and effective when they are healthy. This health depends on a set of linked factors.

Some challenges facing organisations can be adequately addressed through component level approaches but many can not. They need a deeper diagnosis of the problem and then a co-ordinated approach to aligning and integrating the organisation as a whole system.
We bring a unique approach to complex organisations based on many years of reflection on our personal leadership and consulting experience and the insights of many others in the field as described in our history.
We use the Tricord™ as a way of understanding the different aspects of organisations. It is a powerful diagnostic tool. The Tricordant approach uses, as appropriate, a set of related unique whole system design tools as well as classic tools from Lean and operational excellence.
We aim for rapid, sustainable change by engaging people from across the ‘whole system’ in carefully designed Rapid Improvement Events.
