To enable and equip people and organisations to work to their full potential, through the creation of whole work within healthy, sustainable and effective organisations. Our Scope We are committed to continuously improving and applying a systemic body of principles, methods and tools to fulfil Tricordant’s mission. We operate at the whole systems level with a “socio-technical” model of organisation development represented by the Tricord. 
The Tricord shown here has four domains. The domains are Identity, Concept, Embodiment and Inspiration. We work across and within all these domains and have, or can access, appropriate tools and approaches to enable us to integrate this scope effectively. Our approach emphasises the need for alignment across these domains, bringing organisational balance, harmony and synergy. This will result in significant, sustainable and measurable benefits to clients across the full range of organisational performance, including customer service and quality, productivity, reduced costs, staff satisfaction, motivation and organisational learning and development. |
