How we work with you
- We equip clients to apply Tricordant’s tools and methodology to themselves.
- One or two Tricordant consultants will work closely with an evolving, multi-disciplinary project team from across the organisation.
- We will bring to that team the Tricordant approach, tools and our extensive whole systems experience from similar organisation development projects.
- We can start anywhere in the organisation, working top-down, bottom-up, or just start where the main hurt is and work systematically outwards from there.
- The joint project team will need access to a cross-section of managers and staff, and increasing access to communicate with the wider workforce, and its representatives, especially in later phases moving into implementation.
- We do not jealously guard our intellectual property and materials. We want their use to be widespread across your wider organisation.
- Our work is not complete until our work together is implemented and seen to be working effectively.
- We will leave you equipped to continue applying the tools and approach as the organisation evolves.
