Education Sector

Tricordant starts with seeking to understand the core purpose of complex systems as the way of understanding and working with organisations. In education this means focussing on the key transformations within and for learners and those supporting them - learning, learning how to learn and developing confidence to apply learning.

From these insights our approach equips professionals and organisations in the education sector to work to their full potential through the creation of whole work within healthy, sustainable and effective organisations. We enable you to put in place new ways of working that maximise the benefits of technology, while preserving the value, dignity, enthusiasm and contribution of staff.

Our Directors have lectured and contributed regularly on the subject of whole systems organisation development and strategic management on a number of university courses including on the Brunel University MBA, Bath University MBA and Cranfield University FMM courses.

Education Sector Experience: The founding directors of Tricordant have been personally involved in organisation development projects with the following clients: St Loye’s College. Blackpool and The Fylde College, Brunel University Library, Department for Education and Employment, Manchester Academic Clinical Partnership and Flagship Training.

“The day facilitated by Tricordant was extremely useful for us as a Steering Group in enabling us to step back from the Consortium to review and reflect on our purpose and achievements and then plan our further development. We found the models we worked through stimulating and the facilitation excellent."
