The NHS and social care face the need for massive improvements in productivity and cost efficiency whilst protecting quality and safety. Tricordant has developed approaches to supporting clients tackle these issues – through strategic approaches as well as the application of ‘lean whole systems’.

Our methodology blends the use of lean within a wider whole systems perspective. This meets the need for wholeness as well as leanness.

Underlying these approaches is the use of Tricordant process mapping, akin to value stream mapping, to understand and redesign end-to-end, customer-focused processes.
