Health Sector: Strategic and Clinical Service Reviews
Tricordant has considerable experience of leading, advising and supporting whole systems strategic and clinical service reviews within the NHS. These range from large reviews covering all clinical services for populations over 2 million to reviews of individual services. Common to all these is the application of a whole systems understanding and approach working with clinicians and local stakeholders. Our approach seeks to apply systems thinking, with a mix of dialogue and stakeholder engagement with rigorous and appropriate analysis.
Led by Alastair Mitchell-Baker and Roger Greene, we can draw on a team of highly experienced associate consultants in health and partner organisations with a rich range of skills in clinical practice, health services management, economics and financial management, capital and service planning, modelling and analysis, stakeholder engagement and facilitation. Many of our associates have held senior posts including at Chief Executive and Executive Director level within the NHS and have significant strategic consulting experience. We can thus draw together highly experienced, skilled and flexible teams to meet particular client needs offering excellent value for money.
