Health Sector: Organisation Design
Tricordant aims to work with clients to create well designed organisations focussed on delivering clear purposes and based on a deep understanding of the whole system. Many healthcare organisations muddle through with poor designs or veer from restructure to restructure wasting resources and energy. Effective organisation designs come from an appreciation and understanding of complexity.
Tricordant’s approach respects and works with the inherent properties of complex systems. We enable organisations to align processes, structures, resources and culture with their intent. This allows the building of motivated, empowered teams with effective leadership within a high-energy, learning culture. This in turn leads to enhanced care for individuals, their families and communities, as well as improved overall system performance.

“It was a great process! It was really good to bring so many stakeholders together to think about our contraceptive and sexual health service – and really helpful that you were able to meet them beforehand and understand our system. The shared vision and commitment we developed have propelled us forward in to real change.”
Lucille Fifield, Associate Director - Children and Families Division, Stockport PCT.
