About Us
Tricordant is a ‘whole systems’ organisation development consultancy. We work across all types of complex organisations.
Our mission is ‘to enable people and organisations to work to their full potential, through the creation of whole work within healthy, sustainable and effective organisations’.
We are an affiliation of two independent Tricordant companies, one in the UK and one in New Zealand. We are currently led in the UK by our directors Simon Thane and Alastair Mitchell-Baker and in Australia and New Zealand by Tim Pidsley and Les Rudd.
Tricordant has an experienced team of consultants and associates capable of working with our clients at the whole systems level. We also work with a network of partner organisations with whom we are able to combine for major projects.
The directors have many years’ experience of working actively on whole systems organisation development projects in a wide range of sectors including Health, Industry, Government, Service and Education.
Tricordant is a carbon neutral company in alliance with Climate Stewards.
