Health and social care

We have specific in depth experience in health and social care including with commissioners, providers, integrated care systems and STPs, national organisations and arm’s length bodies across NHS, private sector and local authorities including public health.

Our work covers areas such as service evaluation and reviews, performance improvement, new service development including options appraisal and business cases, workforce planning, strategy, leadership, OD and board development including at system and integration levels.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Tricordant, I hope our paths cross again in the future

We work extensively with local authorities both directly and indirectly, often alongside NHS clients. This work has included adult social care, children’s services, community services, housing, and coronial services as well as extensive facilitation, team and organisation development.

Public health is an area where we have worked on several projects primarily reviewing and developing options for more effective working; including developing the potential for a separate trading arm.

Tricordant have a positivity about their engagement, stemming from a desire to make a difference and a belief in change. Combined with considerable skills, experience and expertise, I warmly recommend them for very serious consideration

Our private sector commercial and industrial work covers an extensive range of businesses from FMCG and large pharmaceuticals through advanced and specialist engineering to financial services and professional services bodies.

Every bit as varied as the businesses we work with in this sector is the work we do for them. While organisation design has often been the foundation of our work we have now developed into working within many of our other service areas in this sector. Of particular interest to clients in this market sector area are some of the more innovative approaches we use such as Adaptive Design using Lego Serious Play.

Objective, flexible approach. Well defined tools and techniques. Tools simple to use. Makes sense. ‘Does what it says on the tin

Not for profit

This sector has been a solid foundation of our work over the years and one that continues to grow. We have worked in, amongst many others, child sponsorship and development, criminal victim support, professional membership organisations, national and international Christian organisations, national and international development organisations.

Our values of trust, hope and love linked to our own Christian ethos and social responsibilities, through the Tricordant Foundation and other charitable involvement, give us a very strong alignment to not for profit organisations.

Tricordant’s unique strength is their depth of knowledge of the methodology and experience in applying it across a variety of organisations – all highly credible, which is vital when introducing such an approach in an organisation unused to structured change

Whole system engagement was a critical part of our work to explore the development of local care hubs in west Kent. Tricordant took time to work with the different organisations in our system both individually and collectively; there was no ‘one size fits all’ approach and time was always taken to pick up specific issues around some of the more challenging aspects.

As a CCG we received a bespoke service; Tricordant were accessible and responsive and the right focus was given to the different elements of our project (strategic and technical). Tricordant were careful to select the people with the right skills and approach to partners with us.

The end result was a strategic case that partners had been fully engaged in the development process and that was delivered on time.
