Tricordant’s integrated care work featured in Public Sector Focus

Public Sector Focus is the main magazine focused on all areas of the Public Sector within the UK. Their September/October issue contains an editorial article highlighting our work with West Kent CCG on developing Local Integrated Care Hubs.

Integrated care is a key focus and challenge for health and care systems across the UK. We are delighted that our work with West Kent CCG is receiving attention and the possibility of benefiting other UK systems; and of course ultimately their local population.
