Nick is an experienced consultant and a Director of Tricordant, he is our Organisation Design practice lead. A chemical engineer by background Nick has multi-sector experience and likes to use innovative methods to make purposeful differences for clients. His passion is to design meaningful work to form healthy, high performing organisations.
Nick is the co-Chair of the Organisation Design Institute, its trading arm the European Organisation Design Forum (EODF) and is the EODF UK lead. Through his wide network of connections Nick is deeply involved in leading the development of organisation design practice and regularly runs masterclasses for clients; and is never far from a pile of Lego (used very seriously!)
