Tricordant has grown since 2005 to a place of in-depth expertise in Organisation Development, Organisation Design, Strategy, Systems Working, Leadership Development and Strategic Workforce Planning. We are a business rooted in Christian principles – founded upon a bible scripture– Isaiah 61 which declares a series of transformations for people who are in need of change, support and something positive in their lives. This summarises the Tricordant approach to work, and life, which is to bring support, positivity and situational change.
This, and our whole-systems approach, led to the formation of our Tricord model, and our brand name, with the symbolism of the eternal unbroken links between identity, strategy, systems, and culture.

The business and our services have continued to develop over the years and, although health and care continues to play an important role in our services, we have also broadened our areas of service expertise to also work extensively in national and local government, commercial – particularly pharmaceutical and manufacturing, and not-for-profit sectors.
We also focus on leadership development, including leading within systems, partnerships and collaborations, and work to support individuals from Board level through to management levels and the frontline.
