About the Roles
We are looking to recruit either a Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant, with the final role dependent on experience. Both roles involve delivering strategic consultancy, supporting service development, and contributing to business growth. You will work on diverse client assignments, lead or support project delivery, and help shape the future of our consultancy offerings.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Designing and delivering client projects in organisational development, design, and strategy
• Conducting research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Supporting business development and marketing efforts
• Contributing to internal capability and service innovation
• Living out our values of Trust, Hope, Love, and Joy in all aspects of your work

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in consultancy or organisational development (5+ years for Senior, 7+ years for Principal)
• Strong client relationship and project management skills
• A collaborative, values-aligned mindset
• A commitment to social and environmental responsibility
• The successful candidate will be digitally confident, comfortable working in virtual environments, and open to using emerging technologies including AI to enhance their work and client outcomes.
• Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience in one of the following sectors: Health and Care, Government, Wider Public Sectors, or Pharmaceuticals. However, we are also interested in hearing from those with experience in other sectors.
• The successful candidate must be a UK resident and must be able to travel to attend in-person internal and client meetings as required and necessary.

What We Offer

• Flexible, home-based working
• Competitive salary and bonus scheme
  • £56,250 – £68,750 OTE (Base salary of £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience with an employee bonus scheme of 25% of salary) plus home office allowance of £180 a month for the Senior Consultant
  • £68,750 – £81,250 OTE (Base salary of £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience with an employee bonus scheme of 25% of salary) plus home office allowance of £180 a month for the Principal Consultant
