Alastair Mitchell-Baker

Alastair is a founding Director of Tricordant and a highly experienced consultant and organisational leader. Following a 14-year NHS career including as a Chief Executive, Alastair specialises in supporting organisational leaders navigate change with his experience and expertise in strategic management, organisational design and development. He has led major assignments for local government, healthcare, commercial and not-for-profit clients.
Dr.Amanda Woolley

Dr.Amanda Woolley

Dr. Amanda Woolley brings a wealth of experience as an organisational consultant, facilitator, and coach. Her background spans roles within the NHS focusing on assurance, transformation, and national policy. Most recently, she spearheaded system leadership development for the North East and Yorkshire Leadership Academy.
Ann Hepworth

Ann Hepworth

As the Director of Strategy and Partnerships at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust, Ann brings over two decades of experience in healthcare strategy and improvement. Her role involves spearheading the development of the Acute Provider Collaborative, actively participating in Place Based Partnerships, and driving whole system transformation with the ICB.
Terry Young

Terry Young

After a PhD in laser spectroscopy at Birmingham University, Terry worked in optical communications, becoming a Divisional Manager then a Business Development Director. As a professor he taught project management, information systems and e-business, while leading research in healthcare, particularly value of technology, information management and simulation modelling.
Martin Haley

Martin Haley

Martin's professional journey spans significant roles including heading Strategy and Corporate Development for BMW’s financial services businesses across the UK, and serving as CEO and co-founder of Red Whale, the UK’s leading provider of primary care medical education, which was acquired by the Medical Defence Union late last year.
Andrew Liles

Andrew Liles

Andrew's NHS career spanned 22 years, joining as a national management trainee and progressing to ten years as a Chief Executive of two acute Trusts. He was in the HSJ top 50 CEOs in the NHS. He formed Consilium Partners to bring real-world experience to health and care consultancy. He enjoys working with health and care organisations to plan and deliver major change and improvement for systems to develop integrated strategies and approaches to improving the health of their population.
