In April 2021, Tricordant was commissioned by NHS England and Improvement East of England to undertake a rapid Review of the Integrated Care System (ICS) boundaries across the East of England, focusing on 4 ICSs which were not coterminous with upper-tier local authorities.

The Southend, Essex, and Thurrock (SET) system’s mental health strategy required a refresh. Additionally, they recognised that their current strategy had not been fully implemented for a range of reasons, including the COVID-19 pandemic.

A global pharmaceutical company dedicated to enhancing human and animal health initiated a strategic journey at their Global Supply Animal Health site in France.

A global petcare company, well-known for its pet food brands, diversified through acquisitions and structured itself into a head office and five semi-autonomous, multi-billion dollar divisions.

Working in partnership with the East of England Leadership Academy, Tricordant developed the “Leading Transformation for Integrated Care” series from November 2022 to April 2023.

In 2022, Tricordant worked in partnership with the East of England Leadership Academy and local OD colleagues, to reignite an Organisation Development Community of Practice (CoP).

Tricordant was commissioned to support the ‘Most Capable Provider Steering Group,’ since renamed the Accountable Business Unit (ABU) Development Steering Group.

Already an industry leader in customer service, Skipton Direct – the customer facing arm of the society – had initiated a strategic planning and operational improvement programme to ensure that it remained fit for the future.

Tricordant was asked to conduct a review of the current arrangements for learning in development for the large local authority in England.

Oxfam is a major international agency working to end poverty and suffering around the world.  Oxfam GB engages with the UK public to raise money to directly support Oxfam’s life-saving and life changing work.

Tricordant were engaged by a major Government Arm’s Length Body to facilitate the Senior Management Team to develop, at pace, a strategy for Ministerial approval.
