Change is happening all around us and sometimes at breath-taking speed. Who would have thought 5 years ago that home working or remote GP consultations would become as good as a norm. What about future technological advances such as AI and things in their infancy?
Organisations are having to cope with these societal changes and figure out how to change and develop their own ways of working, often not alone but through systems and partnerships with others.
Whole-scale change methodology was created by partners in Dannemiller Tyson Associates and has been used extensively by them over the last couple of decades or so.
Some key insights from them are:
Leaders must help their organisations harness the speed, tumult, and complexity of the new environment they find themselves in to see and move forward.
Whole Scale allows an organisation to assess its environment quickly and effectively, map a system-wide strategy for success, implement the strategy, and achieve the desired outcomes.
We are making a fuss because we are passionate about helping organisations and systems succeed and be healthy places to work.
So, what is Whole Scale?
Whole Scale consists of several key processes to help an organisation change to meet the challenges of its environment: taking an action-learning journey, unleashing the power of the microcosm, uniting multiple realities, and creating a paradigm shift, a change in the way the organisation sees its future action that enables it to change in real-time.
Over the next few weeks, I will provide more insights into the use and importance of Whole-Scale methodology to further whet your appetite.
