The new Integrated Care Systems are developing across health and care in England following their statutory go-live on 1st July. Of course, Wales and Scotland have long had more integrated statutory planning and delivery arrangements.

This summer saw the go-live of new statutory ‘Integrated Care Systems’ (ICSs) from 1st July 2022 – arguably the third great revolution following the 1948 launch of the NHS, the introduction of general management and the internal market in the 1990s.

In today’s dynamic landscape, large multinational organisations and public sector ecosystems, like the NHS, face a labyrinth of challenges regarding their workforce.

Working in partnership with the East of England Leadership Academy, Tricordant developed the “Leading Transformation for Integrated Care” series from November 2022 to April 2023.

Organisation Matters – Episode 1 – Being Accountable

Have you ever wondered how your behavioural traits influence your everyday life, personally and professionally?

I explored a “psychometric profiling” tool called PRISM® and its colour-coding system (Green, Blue, Red, and Gold) to represent various behavioural preferences within individuals.
